Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the-m.co (the “Site”). By visiting or using the Site, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the Site.

These Terms do not create a contract for the supply of event production services. Any engagement with The M. is governed by a separate written agreement we sign with you for that project.

3. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the Site, you agree to the data practices described there.

4. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, non-commercial reference. You may not:

• use it in a way that breaches applicable law;
• attempt to access parts of the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any data not intended to be public;
• use automated systems — scrapers, robots, harvesters — to collect content from the Site, beyond legitimate search-engine indexing.

The Site is provided as a public reference. We may change, suspend or take it down at any time without notice, and we make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy or completeness.

5. Our content

The Site and the material published on it — photography, written content, design, layout, the name “The M.” and the associated identity — are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

You may view, print and download extracts of the Site for your personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not modify the material and you credit The M. as the source. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, or use in your own commercial materials — requires our prior written consent.

Photography of event projects is often the joint work of The M., the client, the venue, and the photographer. If you would like to use a specific image, please contact us and we will direct you to the correct rights-holder.

6. Your messages to us

When you submit information through the contact form, by email, by WhatsApp, or by Instagram message, you confirm that the information is true and that you are entitled to share it with us. We treat what you send in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Links from the Site

Where the Site links to third-party sites or platforms (for example Instagram and WhatsApp), those links are provided for convenience. We do not endorse those third parties and are not responsible for their content or for any loss arising from your use of them.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all express and implied warranties relating to the Site or to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any content on it.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.

If your relationship with The M. extends beyond visiting the Site — for example you become a client — the commercial terms of the engagement we sign with you govern liability for that engagement. These Terms apply only to the Site.

9. Trademarks

“The M.” and the associated identity are trademarks of M House FZE LLC. Other trademarks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants any licence or right to use any trademark without our prior written consent or that of the relevant owner.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the laws applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah and to entities established in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is identified by the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
